PRELIMINARY SELECTION

  • Candidates who are eligible to apply for a vacancy as a result of pre-selection receive notification of participation in exams;
  • Candidates must be at least 30 (thirty) minutes before the start of the exam at the address mentioned and have their identity cards;
  • Candidates should carefully listen to brief instructions from the supervisor after taking their places in the examination room, and inform the supervisor if the instruction is unclear;
  • At the end of the briefing, the supervisor announces the start of the exam;
  • The duration of the exam for teachers and employees is 90 (ninety), for workmen is 60 (sixty) minutes without a break.

EXAM

TEACHERS

 The exam for teachers consists of 70 (seventy) questions which are distributed as follows:

  • Logical thinking - 15 questions;
  • Outlook - 5 questions;
  • Speciality - 40 questions;
  • Curriculum - 10 questions.

EMPLOYEES

The exam for employees consists of 60 (sixty) questions which are distributed as follows:

  • Logical thinking – 15 questions;
  • Outlook – 5 questions;
  • Speciality – 40 questions.

WORKMEN

The exam for workmen consists of 30 (thirty) questions which are distributed as follows:

  • Outlook – 5 questions;
  • Competence – 25 questions.

* Each correct answer is estimated at 1 point. A wrong answer to a question and an unanswered question does not affect the number of correct answers.

* A candidate must leave the examination room only after the supervisor’s announcement about the completion of the exam.

* Test score results are reported to all candidates by phone and email within 3 weekdays. Successful candidates are given notice of participation in the next stage of the competition.

* Candidates who have successfully passed the exam, are invited for an interview within 14 weekdays after the announcement of the results. In special cases, this period can be extended by notifying the relevant authorities in advance.

COMPETITION

The candidate who has successfully passed the exam receives a notice of participation in the competition.

* Candidates must be at least 30 (thirty) minutes before the start of the interview at the address mentioned.

* The interview is taken by a commission of at least 3 people.

* The interview lasts for a maximum of 45 minutes.

* During the interview professional and individual qualities of a candidate are determined.

* The candidate who scored the highest point in the interview succeeds.

Candidates who didn’t get the job, but showed high results, are entered into the database of personnel reserve.

Candidates who score more points based on the interview results are considered successful by the following criteria:

  • Professional qualities;
  • Test score (in points);
  • Individual qualities;
  • Work experience in the relevant sphere;
  • Other skills in the relevant sphere - education and specialization (certificates, knowledge of a foreign language, computer skills, etc.).

* After the interview, candidates are informed about the results of the competition by e-mail or by phone.

* Candidates who do not succeed can apply for the same vacancy only 3 months after the competition.

* Within a year, a candidate for one vacancy can submit no more than 2 times.
